It is to inform all the Tour Operators that Supreme Court of Pakistan has summoned all the Managing Directors or Principal Officers of Hajj Tour Companies on December, 9th, 2010 in the morning. The Supreme Court of Pakistan has taken Suo moto notice upon news published in different news-papers, telecasted on different news channels and other sources. In this regard Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed proprietors of tour operators, who got quota for Hajj-2010, to reply about the allegations and submit as to whether they facilitated/accommodated according to the contract signed with the pilgrims or otherwise. Further did the Tour Companies make any gratification for acquiring quota from Ministry of Religious Affairs.

2. All the tour operators are therefore directed to appear before the Special Bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on December 9th, 2010 in the morning alongwith their packages/breakup of expenditure and details of facilities provided. Summons from the Supreme Court of Pakistan to all the HGOs are being issued separately.
